Parc De L'île Saint-Quentin

If you've been following us you might remember Ma's serendipitous meeting with Gabi a colleague from the Nita Lake Lodge.

That meeting was incredible and this little island gem, part of Trois Rivieres, was so much more than expected!

A bike ride along the river to the sound of brass instruments being played at the amphitheatre across the water. Quite magical as the sun was setting and still so many different boats on the water.

A very long picturesque boardwalk with lots of info on the flora and fauna

A big storm was closing in.

Heavy rain, strong winds, and sheet lightening brought all the boaters & rowers in.

Ma & I had a front row seat and the entire campground and island to ourselves

The morning brought clear skies, sun and a ladies boot camp

Another quick ride around the island and we're outta here....we've got places to go!
